Simple Hair Washing Routine

My routine is very simple. I don't like to overcomplicate things. For years I used to be a little bit rough during hair washing and I thought it will clean my hair better but I noticed I only lost more hair in the process.
I always brush my hair properly before washing just to avoid tangles.
When my hair is nicely brushed I stand over the bath, and wet my hair thouroghly with lukewarm water. Hot water can cause your hair getting oily faster and make your scalp dry.
I put some shampoo on my hand. I naturally have thick hair so I use bigger amount . I warm it up in my hands and apply only on my scalp. I use my fingertips to clean my scalp and massage gently. I don't scratch my head. Do it gently to clean the excess oil or dandruff. I do it for about 5mins. First time you wash your hair you might not have a lot of foam but that it's normal. You should wash your hair twice to clean properly. 2nd time is the most important.
I rinse my hair with lukewarm water.
And again warm up some shampoo in my hands before I put on my scalp and massage for another 5 mins. When there is a lot of foam you can spread it through the lenght gently because for me shampoo should be used to clean the scalp. Heathy scalp - healthy hair. I focus on lenght when using a conditioner and then I don't touch my scalp at all.
Once complete I rinse the product off and use a conditioner and massage into hair properly . Try to use your fingertips and don't pull your hair.
I repeat rinsing .
This routine works well for me but might not work for you as everyone is different.
I think and noticed that I don't have to use thousand of products to have shiny , healthy hair. Simple routines are the best!
